Synaptotagmin1 antibody luminal domain - 105 221 K.O.

Synaptotagmin1 is a Ca2+-sensor on synaptic vesicles that triggers neurotransmitter release
Mouse monoclonal hybridoma supernatant
Cat. No.: 105 221
Amount: 200 µl
Price: $365.00
Cat. No. 105 221 200 µl hybridoma supernatant, lyophilized. For reconstitution add 200 µl H2O, then aliquot and store at -20°C until use.
Antibodies should be stored at +4°C when still lyophilized. Do not freeze!

Remarks

WB: Only detects rat Synaptotagmin1 in westernblots.
ICC: Antibody is suitable for the labeling of recycling vesicles of living rat and mouse neurons. It detects PFA fixed rat Synaptotagmin1, but is negative on PFA fixed mouse Synaptotagmin1.
IHC: Antibody detects PFA fixed rat Synaptotagmin1, but is negative on PFA fixed mouse Synaptotagmin1.
