Camelid single domain antibodies (sdAbs) consist only of one antigen binding site of an Alpaca heavy chain antibody. With only ~15 kDa, these Tags are about 10-times smaller than conventional IgG antibody molecules.
Cat. No. N2705-HRP |
200 µl purified antibody, lyophilized from PBS, fluorescence-labeled with HRP.
Horseradish peroxidase - usually abbreviated as HRP, is one of the most commonly used reporter enzymes in biochemistry. It can be used with a huge panel of chromogenic and fluorescent substrates. Reconstitute immediately upon receipt! Avoid bright light when working with the antibody to minimize photo bleeching of the fluorescent dye. |
Applications |

Label | HRP |
Clone | 14A4 |
Reactivity |
Reacts with: mouse. No signal: chicken, rabbit, Guinea pig, donkey, rat, goat, pig, horse, cow, human. Other species not tested yet. |
Specificity | Mouse IgG2, does not cross-react with rabbit, guinea pig or chicken immunoglobulins |
Unlabeled variants and several modifications of sdAbs like biotin, fluorophore or DBCO conjugation are available.
FluoTag®-X2 anti-Mouse is a species-specific FluoTag® directed against IgG2a and IgG2b subtype from Mouse. In FluoTag-X2, two fluorophore molecules are site-specifically coupled to one individual FluoTag molecule. The reagent therefore targets four fluorophores to your primary Mouse antibody. Due to the monovalent binding, there are no primary and secondary antibody clusters formed, leading to better epitope accessibility and a more precise localization. Since our FluoTags are recombinantly expressed, there is no batch-to-batch variation.
