Clone | Ch103E1 |
Subtype | IgY (λ light chain) |
Immunogen | Recombinant protein corresponding to residues near the amino-terminus of rat TyrH (UniProt Id: P04177) |
Epitop |
Epitop: AA 65 to 163 from rat TyrH (UniProt Id: P04177) |
Reactivity |
Reacts with: mouse (P24529), rat (P04177). Other species not tested yet. |
Remarks |
This antibody is a chimeric antibody based on the monoclonal mouse antibody 103E1. The constant regions of the heavy and light chains have been replaced by chicken specific sequences. The antibody can therefore be used with standard anti-chicken secondary reagents. The antibody has been expressed in mammalian cells. |
